Ball Charter Schools is proud to recognize our three Athletic Directors (Ms. Gwen Engel: Hearn Academy, Ms. Jamie Bradley: Dobson Academy, and Tom Pasinski: Val Vista Academy) for representing our schools at the recent Canyon Athletic Association (CAA) Athletic Directors' Conference.

The conference brought together athletic leaders from across Arizona to collaborate, share best practices, and learn about the latest developments in interscholastic athletics. Sessions focused on leadership, student-athlete development, sportsmanship, safety, and strategies for building strong athletic programs.

By participating in professional learning opportunities like the CAA conference, our Athletic Directors continue to strengthen the programs that serve our student-athletes. Their commitment to continuous improvement helps ensure that BCS athletics provides a positive, competitive, and character-building experience for every student.
